Your responsibilities will include provide maintenance and utilities support to production to ensure minimum downtime so the quality, cost and delivery goals are met. Investigate and resolve technical and operational problems to drive incremental improvements. Ensure safety compliance on equipment thru LOTO & PPE Prepares R&M ( repairs & maintenance ) budget and further monitoring & control. Manages the performance to team and identifies their training and development needs Sealed system Thermoforming Foaming Metal fabrication Others Computer Literacy - Goggles Sheets, Docs & Slides Networking External: 1. Meeting up with suppliers for procurement of spare parts 2. Interact with MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited) regarding power supply and billing 3. Meeting up with electrical inspector for the inspection of electric installation in the plant Internal: 1. Coordinate with Process & Projects and Production teams to expand knowledge base and business support B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) TECHNICAL ABILITIES Spare Part Managements Equipment Management AM ( Autonomous maintenance) PM ( Planned maintenance) RCM ( Reliability centered maintenance) OEE - Overall equipment efficiency (MTTR/MTBF) CBMS conditioned based monitoring system/ predictive maintenance Maintenance planning & scheduling MANAGERIAL Own it - be personally & collectively accountable for results.
