More information is available at www.india.whirlpool.in\n\n## The team you will be a part of\n\nThe Audit team develops, plans, and evaluates internal audit programs for the organization\u0027s accounting and statistical records and the activities of various departments to ensure compliance with the organization\u0027s policies, procedures and standards. Prepares reports for management on the results of audits, providing recommendations on improvements.\n\n## This role in summary\n\nResponsible for delivering the Internal Audit Department\u2019s mission, objectives and activities. This would include assisting in and preparing audit plans, participating in assigned process studies, driving data analytics and contributing to periodic stakeholder reporting processes. \n\n## Your responsibilities will include\n\n * Assist in completion of Whirlpool Internal Financial Controls, performing and documenting process walkthroughs and control testing.\n\n * Assist/prepare audit planning memorandum and prepare/tailor audit programs. Utilize data analytics to assess risk and develop audit procedures.\n\n * Perform fieldwork in accordance with the approved audit program and timelines. This will generally include identification and testing of internal controls, analytical review, and substantive testing.\n\n * Prepare concise \u0026 effective written reports, identify deficiencies and make practical recommendations for corrective action.\n\n * Participating in assigned process studies/projects, identifying process improvement suggestions and assist in preparation of standard operating procedures\n\n * Interface with the business for follow up for implementation of the recommendation and providing support for the same.\n\n * Prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks/deadlines while dealing with ambiguity\n\n * Demonstrating awareness of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing as promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditors\n\n * Demonstrating the ability to research issues, trends, etc. via external sources\n\n * Contribute to periodic Audit Committee reporting process\n\n * Contribute to the Data analytics program of the function And most important \u2013 be a change agent!\n\n\n\n\n## Minimum requirements\n\nQualified CA is highly preferred with 3+ years of experience into Audit and Compliances, Data Analytics, SOX, IFC\n\n \n \n\n\n## Preferred skills and experiences\n\n * Analytical Tools Exposure:Tableau, PowerBI, Artificial Intelligence, Audit tools etc\n\n * Personal Credibility: Quality in work, ensuring rigor and consistently achieving great results\n\n * Business Acumen: Exposure to similar external processes and their best practices, lean certification or similar accreditation\n\n * Thought Leadership: Value for the work and deliverables\n\n * Strategy Execution: Operationalize strategy by facilitating proactive change and removing barriers to execution.
