Job Description – Land Acquisition & Liaison

Experience Required: 5-8 year

• 
  
  
  Identification and finalization of suitable land parcels as per company requirements through aggregators, brokers, or directly from landowners.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Conduct land surveying, measurement, and demarcation.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Negotiate with landowners for purchase or lease agreements(If Required)
  
  


• 
  
  
  Execution of sale/lease deeds and registration at the Sub-Registrar Office.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Mutation of land and recording company name on 7/12 extracts.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Carry out title search and verification from Talathi, Tehsil, online Portal, and Registration Offices.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Obtain NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion and other necessary permits/approvals.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Liaison with government/revenue offices – Talathi, Tehsil, SDO, Town Planning, DILR, Collector, etc.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Coordinate with stakeholders, farmers, and agents at the primary level.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Supervise land development and preparation for project use.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all land transactions.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Resolve land disputes and ownership issues.
  
  


• 
  
  
  Ensure compliance with land-use regulations and statutory requirements.
