Job Description - Deputy Manager - L&D /Training

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced L&D professionals from the BFSI/NBFC sector to lead training initiatives across the organization. The role requires strong domain expertise, particularly in regulatory frameworks, including RBI guidelines, along with the ability to design and deliver impactful learning programs.

Locations:

  • South India – 1 Position
  • North India – 1 Position
  • Thrissur, Kerala – 1 Position

Experience Required: 5–10 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs through performance analysis and business requirements
  • Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Deliver training programs on functional, behavioral, and regulatory topics
  • Develop training content, modules, SOP -based learning, and compliance materials
  • Conduct training on RBI regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement
  • Partner with business leaders to align training with operational requirements
  • Manage onboarding and induction training programs
  • Track training metrics and maintain reports for management review


Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development within BFSI / NBFC sector (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, compliance requirements, and financial industry practices 
  • Proven experience in training delivery and content development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel across assigned region

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
  • Certifications in Training / Instructional Design (added advantage)
