Position: Deputy Marketing Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• To strategize and plan beauty omnichannel strategy (retail & Digital) to build the beauty category.
• Execute product marketing launch process, strategize on market positioning, value propositions to facilitate communication and brand presentations.
• Develop understanding of beauty landscape.
• Responsible to provide critical insights into the consumer buying behavior through a detailed and dedicated consumer research.
• Align with ecommerce team on campaign planning and execution. optimizing conversions website traffic, landing pages, lead content generation
• Supporting on national events.
• Customer journey mapping to understand & improve the quality of your customer experience, ensuring consistency and a seamless experience at all touchpoints and across all channels.
• Plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with beauty buying & merchandising team
• Hiring and briefing external agencies and freelancers, monitoring and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns.
• Managing Budget for marketing Campaigns.
