Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

NVH:

Vibrations: Expert is using Siemens Test Lab and Test Xpress platforms for – Vibration measurements and analysis, Modal analysis – Operational, Experimental, ODS-Operational Deflection Shapes, Transfer Path Analysis. Time Domain to Frequency Domain to Power Spectral Density (PSD) conversion for field to lab simulation of data

Noise: Intensity Mapping & Spectrum Analysis, OEL and Bystander Noise Measurements, Noise Source Identification, Sound camera operation and analysis (eg. Localisation, beam forming, Throughput data analysis), Order analysis and order tracking for rotating machinery. 

RLDA: Expertise in Glyphworks and LMS test lab durability tools.

Expertise in strain gauging and multipoint calibrations.

Expert in Strain Gauging and Road Load Data Acquisition using siemens/HBK hardware.

Field Application knowledge and knowledge of data acquisition using strain gauging & Accelerometers.

Test duty cycle generation & field to lab simulation using Glyphworks. test match (Optimized Testing).

Knowledge of fatigue testing using servo-hydraulics Actuators in fatigue lab.

Operational 
Data Management, Data Analysis, Report Preparation, and monitoring DWM activities.

Education Qualification

B.Tech

General Experience

6 to 8 years experience in automotive NVH and Durability Testing.
