| Unit Sales HR Business Partnering | • Partner with Sales Heads on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment in the Unit.• Coordinate with Cluster Sales HR to implement Unit-wide HR initiatives.• Connect with the frontline sales force to ensure strong employee engagement, resolve issues promptly, communicate HR processes effectively, and strengthen the employer value proposition. |
| Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management | • Manage onboarding of new joiners across all grades and conduct induction sessions in the Unit.• Send new joiner dockets to HO and Plant HR for employee code generation and maintain employee records and physical files.• Collate and submit attendance inputs for on-roll and off-roll employees to HO and Plant HR for payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursement. |
| Recruitment & Staffing | • Lead recruitment for frontline sales roles across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, and Up-country channels.• Maintain employee headcount in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and track manpower on a monthly basis. |
| Employee Engagement & Culture Building | • Drive the Rewards & Recognition (R&R) agenda for the region.• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to ensure high employee participation.• Promote organizational values and the Code of Conduct through regular communication with the frontline sales team. |
| Capability Building | • Coordinate and conduct the annual performance appraisal process for on-roll and off-roll employees.• Ensure employee development based on performance management outcomes and people planning.• Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in alignment with business needs.• Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales function.• Facilitate training and development programs and monitor their effectiveness in delivering business outcomes. |
| Reporting & Analytics | • Prepare and share MIS reports, including headcount, recruitment, attrition, and other HR metrics, with HO, Sales, Local Commercial, and Plant HR teams as required. |
| New Initiatives | • Drive and support new HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements aligned with business and organizational priorities. |
