Deputy Manager _ServiceNow DevQA Lead

What you will do Design and execute test plans for ServiceNow modules and custom applications. Develop and maintain ATF scripts to automate testing procedures. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Conduct functional, regression, and API testing, including data validation. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution. Manage test data to ensure relevance and accuracy. Continuously improve test cases and automation scripts for efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain documentation for test cases, results, and compliance purposes. Participate in Agile ceremonies and facilitate scrum events as needed. Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing best practices. Stay updated on ServiceNow developments and automation technologies. Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow QA. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in writing ATF scripts. Proficiency in ServiceNow testing tools including ATF and manual-to-automated testing transitions. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and various SCDL models. Ability to understand client and server-side scripting. Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
