The service engineer's responsibilities include installation, commissioning, preventive maintnenace and servicing breakdowns at customer sites. An outstanding service engineer will exhibit resourcefulness as well as active listening and troubleshooting skills. 1. Providing high level of customer service in handling 3-phase UPS Break Down Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & installation and commissioning. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use 1. To search for various business opportunities to increase service revenue by means of generating enquiries for AMC, UPS accessories & batteries etc. Ability to execute projects and related vendor coordination. Ability to handle team of 2-3 contract engineers if required. 1. Technical Diploma or BE or BTech 1. Excellent listening and customer service skills. Ability to pick technical issues and provide quick resolution.
