Deputy Manager - Techno Commercial

• PR review, identify the requirement and action the same


•  Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to
  
  requirements


• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR


• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department
  
  and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.


• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors


• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition


• Techno-commercial negotiations


• Preparation of NFA


• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval


• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.


• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources,
  
  Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements


•  MIS

B.E. /B. Tech .

4-8 years functional role, having experience of working for Civil related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and experience of working in SAP/ERP system/Ariba would be preferred
