Deputy Manager_Assistant Lead_Pega PRPC_Pune

Design and develop high-quality, innovative applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives. Participate in the software development life cycle, including modeling, simulation, testing, debugging, and deployment. Ensure application quality and adherence to performance requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Pega CSSA certification with at least 5 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions. Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Pega PRPC and system architectures. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and waterfall project delivery frameworks. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively. Proven track record in software development, system architecture, and security champion roles. Preferred Skills: Experience with CDH real time APIs and decisioning artifacts. Experience with Pega CDH Framework with a focus on dataflow and process flows.
