Key Skills Overall 5 + years of experience of administrating fault, inventory management tools like InfoVista, Cramer, Netcool etc. Good understanding of cloud & devops technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Messagebus. Experience of working on probe rules, impact policies, event list creation, infovista cockpit management In-depth understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and system administration. Strong understanding of snmp, syslog etc. Good troubleshooting inventory management systems & database Job Role System Management: Execute operation and maintenance of Infovista, Cramer, Netcool, and web applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Incident Management: Troubleshoot incidents related to these systems & communicate to stakeholders Monitoring & Reporting: Manage monitoring tools to track system performance and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboration: Work closely with team members to understand priorities, open system issues and implement documented solutions. Documentation: contribute in preparing comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to avoid time consuming operational activities, work with senior to find solutions & implement it.
