End to End Node Integration testing Creating Health Check system and BAU reports. CRQ Deployments. Pre and Post health checks. Actively handling incident management and service requests. Knowledge of SQL Queries, Unix Shell Scripting and Unix Commands Knowledge of Ticketing tools like BMC Remedy, ITSM. At least 5 years of work experience in the mediation preferably in Nokia mediation comptel Link. High social skills You will need to build a good working relationship with a variety of teams that can help to fulfil the project and mediation goals Ability to reason/analytical skills to understand the complex coherences of a mediation system - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in mediation, preferably in the Nokia Comptel Mediation Zone. - Proficiency in shell scripting. - Dunning, Collections Processing Knowledge is Advantage Basic programming skills in any language (a plus). - Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering/MCA Not a perfect fit?
