Collaborate with location payroll SPOCs, Finance, and HR CoEs to gather and validate monthly payroll inputs. Manage and validate employee data and payroll inputs within SuccessFactors (SF).Conduct monthly reconciliation of SF employee data with payroll vendor data. Prepare and publish payroll MIS reports and dashboards.Address and resolve employee payroll queries promptly.Administer employee payroll benefits effectively. Develop and implement innovative payroll controls and validation mechanisms. Support initiatives that strengthen employee experience.
