Job Description - Deputy manager-Presales

## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. \n\nFollowing are job responsibilities:\n\n * Pre-Order activities.\n * Understanding the customer needs, Process study \u0026 electrical load analysis at customer site, help sales, solution design \u0026 its validation.\n * Understand customer tender Specifications \u0026 BOQ. Prepare site drawings, bid document, technical submission.\n * Prepare BOQ for turnkey solution- Help Sales in getting additional revenue (UPS+ELECTRICALS).\n * Coordinate with customer\u2019s technical teams. Electrical consultants \u0026 project managers \nPost Order activities.\n * Prepare project techical submittals \u0026 it`s approval.\n * Advice adequate sizing of power cables, switch gears , breakers, heat loss \u0026 AC sizing.\n * Coordinate with electrical contractors and execute the projects acquired by sales engineers.\n * Pre dispatch inspection (FAT).\n * SAT (site acceptance Test).\n * Handing Over site , preparation of handover documentation, get sign off by customer, architect, PMC \u0026 Electrical consultant \nSales Support and Application Development.\n * Explore new applications.\n * Capture product feature related queries from customers and escalate to the product managers, Engineering \u0026 quality Dept.\n * Technical support to sales team during tender biding.\n * Technical discussion with client/customer/consultant.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree with Master\u2019s degree is highly desirable.\n * Minimum of 5 \u2013 10 years field pre-sales experience.\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Key Account exposure and deep understanding of Manufacturing Vertical and few Government accounts.\n * Solid negotiation, analytical skills and market intelligence.\n\n\n
