Job Description - Deputy Manager_Procurement Analyst


 knowledge of SEZ Process Documentation

 Knowledge of various INCO and Payment terms

 Sound Knowledge of Imports and documentation

 6 years experience in procurement of spares, consumables, and Infra items

 6 Years of SAP knowledge and expertise in HANA

 Have control of vendor base for various fit-out items

 Exposure to Vendor Management, contract review, and contract negotiation

 Source Vendors, Negotiate for the best price and quality

 Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion

Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply of materials

 Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve

procurement efficiency

Ensure all procurement reports are managed for internal review and compliance

 Keep abreast of changing industry trends

 Lead the implementation of the SAP procurement module.

 Internal and External Stakeholder Management
