Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Ensure the timely reporting of ORC with adequate information and timely closer of ORCs.


• Able to understand the Real-World Usage Practices of different Applications, different implements and their suitability with tractor.


• Data analysis ability to understand the failure data & benchmarking performance trials.  


• Data Management of different projects.


• Support to Project Managers for test plan as per field availability and seasons.


• Local field trials on performance and suitability and submission of report


• Timely submission and preparation of reports of projects


• Tractor running execution as per scheduled plan of endurance testing.


• Reports of ORCs with complete details and photographs


• Thorough knowledge of Field Application and failure analysis 


• Repair & maintenance of testing tractors


• Field Visits to monitor the testing tractors


• Handling store (stock of spare parts)


• Documentation of testing records at Test Site


• Coordination with local university/farm officers/ local customers

Education Qualification

B.Tech - Mechanical / Agriculture Engg.

General Experience

A person with 3 to 5 years of experience in tractor field testing.
