Job Description - Deputy Manager-Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Procurement of Sheet Metal Fabrication parts with effective inventory management

Managing 30+ suppliers and a portfolio of around 500 parts

Driving packaging improvement initiatives

Planning procurement, controlling inventory, and managing share of business sync with supplies

Supplier upgradation through technology, process, shop‑floor improvements, with strong SAP MM, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Experience

4 to 7 years of relevant experience

Industry Preferred

Automotive

Qualifications

B.Tech

General Requirements

Result‑oriented with a strong focus on outcomes

Effective time management and prioritization skills

Proven capability in people management

Strong team player with collaborative mindset

Understanding of Manufacturing processes

Problem Solving Approach

Supply Chain Procurement Process.

Inventory Management

Cost improvement through VA/VE

well versed with PPT & Excel
