Deputy Sales Manager - Distribution

Responsibilities:

• To achieve the sales, receivables, gross margin targets and gaining market share through new businesses/acquisition of customers.
• To identify and screen opportunities, define the opportunity, propose and agree on partnerships,
• plan the project, implement and track the project, demonstrate value addition and close the project,
• resolve customer complaints.    
• To monitor competitors activities and develop a suitable competitive strategy.  
• Regular interaction with various functions to ensure effective cross functional coordination to
• support the achievement of the company's target.  
• The position is expected to have a strong customer focus and continuously emphasize in building    robust customer relationships through regular customer interaction and rapport at various levels at the customer’s end and delivery of differential customer services.  
• Problem solving skills will be customer facing and will utilize problem solving skills to resolve complex customer problems on a regular basis and should be willing to travel on short notice.  
• Market research and competitor analysis.
• Customer relationships and competitor analysis.
• Handling Channel Management and Conflicts.. 

Requirements:

Essential:  

• Experience in Ferrous/Non-Ferrous Foundry production specialized in melting in Coreless Induction furnaces.  
• Experience in Marketing & Sales of Refractories (Monolithic and Shaped Refractories)

Preferred:  

• B.E. (Metallurgy/Ceramic Technology) with minimum 3 years of experience. 
• Strong Understanding the Refractory Background and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Team management and leadership skill
• Experience in handling Channel Sales
• Hands on Experience in Application of Refractories, if any
• Having Geographical know-how of customers located in North India
