Job Description - Design & Development Engineer

Requirements

Excellent opportunity for Design and Development Engineer - Naxatra Labs - Ahmedabad

â Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.

â 2–5 years of hands -on product design experience.

Freshers with strong design fundamentals and hands -on project experience are also encouraged

to apply.

â Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / Creo / equivalent).

â Deep understanding of DFMA principles and GD&T application.

â Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, sheet metal, assembly).

â Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles.

â Strong problem -solving ability and ownership mindset.
