1) Lead the start-to-end design & Solution process for multilevel parking systems (mechanical, structural, electrical, and architectural).
2) Review and validate design drawings, CAD layouts and technical specifications.
3) Support Front Line sales team while collaborating with structural engineers, architects, and automation specialists to ensure optimal design
solution that meets the project requirements and allows maximum utilisation of the space, attend the onsite meeting if required
4) Ensure designs adhere to applicable codes (e.g., seismic, accessibility, zoning).
5) Lead a team of draftsmen, ensuring weekly drafting activities are prioritised in line with business needs.
6) Assess site conditions and constraints to create optimal layout and configuration.
7) Work in close collaboration with all the internal (Sales, Project Management, Installation, factory supply chain teams) and external
(Developer, builder, architects, RCC Consultants) stakeholders, ensuring timely provision of solutions and support to operations.
8) Actively participate to support all the internal sales order-related processes and design changes
9) Ensure drafting outputs meet standards of quality, accuracy, and formatting.
Requirements
Leadership & Team Management:
Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams across multiple regions.
Technical Acumen:
Ability to read and interpret Architectural/ Structural drawings and actual site conditions.
Problem-Solving: Hands-on approach to resolving on-ground and systemic challenges.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to liaise across internal teams and clients.
Customer Orientation: Focus on providing optimal & timely solution, client satisfaction.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD tools, CRM.
Education: Bachelor’s in Architectural or Engineering.
Experience: 10-15 years in design & solution or Architectural role
Industry: Experience in industries like Multilevel parking, Elevators, HVAC, or construction is preferred.
