We’re looking for thoughtful, detail-oriented Design Architects across experience levels who are excited to translate ideas into built form. This role spans the full architectural lifecycle—from early design exploration to on-site realization—and offers the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, design-driven studio.
Depending on your experience, you will either support and learn from senior team members or independently lead projects, mentor others, and influence the studio’s architectural direction. What unites both levels is a commitment to strong design fundamentals, respect for process, and a hands-on approach to making architecture that is functional, contextual, and enduring.
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
Participate in architectural projects from conceptualization through execution
Develop design concepts, spatial layouts, drawings, models, and visual presentations
Conduct site analysis, design research, and material studies
Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive and well-resolved architectural solutions
Contribute actively to design discussions, critiques, and studio reviews
Maintain a high standard of documentation, detailing, and professional conduct
Role Scope by Experience
Early-Career / Design Architect (1–2 Years)
Assist in preparing drawings, working details, and presentation material
Support senior team members during site visits and coordination activities
Learn studio workflows, design processes, and execution standards through live projects
Bring curiosity, creativity, and new design perspectives to the team
Experienced / Project Architect (6–8 Years)
Lead projects independently across all phases, from concept to completion
Drive design development, timelines, and coordination with consultants and vendors
Mentor junior architects and review their design and documentation work
Manage client communication and contribute to key design and execution decisions
Play an active role in shaping the studio’s design approach and long-term vision
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (
B.Arch) from a recognized institution
Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, and documentation
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to articulate design intent through drawings, models, and presentations
Strong sense of responsibility, collaboration, and ownership
Passion for architecture, materials, spatial quality, and design thinking
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Revit, Lumion, or other visualization/rendering tools
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Interest in urbanism, art, culture, and material exploration
