Design cum Survey Engineer

The proposed Site Surveyor shall possess the following skills and competencies:
● Site surveying, including taking measurements for scaffolding works
● Levelling, alignment, and measurement
● Preparation of civil drawing based on survey data
● Coordination with site engineers, consultants, and design team during final site survey
● Preparation of Scheme drawing, detailed design drawings and calculations
● Development of shop drawings
● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, Sketchup, 3D MAX or other
relevant tools
● Coordination with site engineers, surveyors, Architects, consultants, and project
management teams.
● Review and compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards
● Design optimization and value engineering, where ever applicable.

6. Product / Design Exposure
● Experience in exterior products / designs, including but not limited to:
o Façade systems
o ACP sheets
o HPL
o Fundermax
o Other exterior and interior components.
