Role Overview:


We’re looking for a Design Director who brings a strong point of view, strategic depth, and exceptional creative leadership across brand and digital. In this role, you will define and drive the creative vision for projects, shaping impactful brand systems and digital experiences while leading teams to deliver work of the highest standard. You will operate as a key creative partner to leadership, translating business and brand strategy into compelling, future-facing design. You are confident challenging briefs, reframing problems, and guiding teams toward sharper, more meaningful outcomes. Your ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and navigate complexity with clarity is critical. As a Design Director, you will oversee the development of cohesive brand ecosystems across touchpoints, identity, digital, motion, environments, and beyond, ensuring every expression is intentional, differentiated, and strategically grounded. You will balance hands-on creative involvement with team leadership, fostering a culture of craft, curiosity, and collaboration.


What you’ll do:


 Lead and define the creative direction across branding and digital projects, ensuring work is innovative, strategically robust, and executed to the highest level of craft.

 Translate brand strategy into distinctive identity systems and digital experiences that resonate across diverse platforms and audiences.

 Oversee and guide the development of comprehensive brand systems across print, packaging, environments, social, motion, and digital, ensuring consistency, scalability, and innovation.

 Provide creative leadership on digital experiences, ensuring seamless integration of UX principles with compelling visual design.

 Inspire, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary teams, setting creative standards, providing direction, and nurturing talent across levels.

 Lead client engagements at a senior level, presenting work with authority, shaping conversations, influencing decisions, and building long-term partnerships.

 Drive projects from vision through execution, ensuring alignment across teams while maintaining quality, timelines, and strategic integrity.

 Champion new tools, technologies, and AI-driven workflows, bringing innovation and efficiency into the creative process.

 Collaborate closely with strategy, experience, motion, and technology teams to deliver cohesive, future-ready brand ecosystems.

 What you’ll need:


 Experience in branding, digital design, or multidisciplinary studios, with a portfolio that demonstrates creative leadership, strategic thinking, and world-class execution.

 Proven ability to lead, build, and evolve brand systems across complex, multi-channel ecosystems.

 Strong expertise in both brand identity and digital design, with a deep understanding of how they intersect.

 Fluency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.), with an openness to emerging technologies and AI-driven workflows.

 Strong grasp of UX, usability, and accessibility principles, with the ability to guide teams in translating them into refined digital experiences.

 Experience working with global brands and leading high-impact, large-scale projects.

 Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.

 Demonstrated leadership experience, building teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a strong creative culture.
