Design Engineer

 
  Experience : 2 to 3 years experience in Water/ Gas Isolation valve Engineering OR  heavy engineering 
Industry. 
 
  Strong Knowledge in fundamental Machine design. 
 
  Capable of performing  design calculations 
 
  One to two years hands on experience in Creo software 
 
  One to two years hands on experience in AUTOCAD software 
 
  Knowledge of material & manufacturing Process 
 
  Good communication skills 
 
 
RESPONIBILITY : POST ORDER 
 
   Study/Undererstand the requirement of Job (work order) 
 
 Preparation of General arrangement drawing in AUTOCAD. 
 
 Design calculation of the product / Job. 
 
 Preparation of Layouts / conceptual design. 
 
  Preparation of 3 D Model & drawings of parts & Assembly in Creo software 
 
 Preparation & releasing of  Bill of Material ( BOM) through Wrench software. 
 
 Releasing / attaching the drawings in the Wrench software. 
 
     RESPONSIBILITY : PRE-ORDER 
 Study/Undererstand the requirement of  Enquiry received from Marketing 
 Preparation of Design estimation ( in the format) which includes the design calculation & weight 
calculation. 
 Preparation of Proposal drawing in AUTOCAD 

 Educational Qualification : BE  / Diploma in  Mechanical.
