As Design-Lead , you will be at the intersection of creativity and client partnership, ensuring that design solutions not only look exceptional but also deliver measurable impact. You will guide the creative journey end-to-end—from understanding client objectives and translating them into design strategies, to producing high-quality assets and building long-term client trust through outstanding delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary design partner for clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning creative solutions to their needs.
Lead the design process across digital, web, mobile, social media, and print, ensuring all outputs are high-quality and on-brand.
Develop reusable design systems, templates, and guidelines that enable scalable campaign execution.
Collaborate closely with account managers, project leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with precision.
Continuously research and apply the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative innovation.
Provide creative direction across visual design, motion graphics, UI/UX, animation, and branding projects.
Drive client satisfaction through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and consistent delivery of impactful work.
Qualifications & Skills
4–6 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency, consulting, or client-facing creative environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns and assets across multiple formats (social, digital, motion, branding, etc.).
Mastery of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma/Sketch (Figma preferred).
Hands-on experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, animation, or branding is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with digital-first design for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or interactive/web design is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
