Role: Visual Designer & AI Editor (Long-form + Short-form)
Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role:
We’re looking for two AI-first creatives who can blend storytelling, design, and editing into high-impact visual content.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit YouTube long-form content & short-form reels
  

• Design high-converting thumbnails & visual storytelling assets
  

• Use AI tools to speed up workflows (automation, captions, cuts, motion)
  

• Repurpose long-form into viral short-form
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling & retention
  

• Hands-on with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects
  

• Advanced use of AI tools for editing & design
  

• Deep understanding of internet culture & platform trends
