Requiredqualifications
- Bachelors degree inQuantity Surveying Construction Management or relatedfield
- Professional certification from arecognized institution (e.g. RICS AIQSCIOB)
- Proven experience in quantity surveyingand cost estimation in constructionprojects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD BIM or otherrelevant design and modeling software
- Strongknowledge of construction methods materials and buildingregulations
- Excellent numerical and analyticalabilities
- Ability to interpret and understandtechnical drawings andspecifications
- Experience in project managementand scheduling
