Role Summary

Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing first -level technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, and basic networking issues. The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily IT support tickets and end -user requests.
  
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and hardware -related issues.
  
• Resolve Windows OS and Outlook -related problems.
  
• Support Wi -Fi, LAN, and basic network connectivity issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  
• Install and support standard business applications.
  
• Maintain issue resolution documentation and reports.
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher -level support teams.
  
• Support IT infrastructure and end -user environments.
  
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• IT -related qualifications preferred.
