Desktop/Network Support Engineer

Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain LAN/WAN infra


• Install and troubleshoot wired and wireless network.


• Network Device Installation & Troubleshooting.


• Well versed with Router, Switches, Firewall & Network Devices


• Maximizing networkperformance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades


• Support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy


• Configuration of routing and switching equipment


• Email ID Creation, Password Modification, Email List creation etc.


• Having knowledge of mail server and issue resolution (Like mail delivery failed Problem, email sending/receiving problem etc.)


• Having knowledge of backup of server like email backup data backup.


• Having Knowledge of file server and mapping networkshare and windows and Linux desktop.


• Remote support to end users and fixing Desktop level problem(Windows/Linux)


• Knowledge of Linux and able to manage Ubuntu/windows desktop environment.


• Local and networkprinter installation and troubleshoot.
