Overview

Chi Networks, a
Chicago -headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking a
seasoned Zoho Configuration Specialist to lead the implementation,
customization and optimization of the Zoho suite of applications across the
organization.  This role is crucial for
automating key business processes, ensuring seamless integration between
departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations) and driving
data -driven decision -making.

You will receive extensive training and mentorship to become an expert
in our offerings, which include managed services, cloud solutions, SOC and NOC
services, and more.  This is a full -time position
for both male and female candidates.

Key Responsibilities

The specialist will focus on the
end -to -end lifecycle of Zoho configuration and administration:

I                 Implementation and System Configuration

a)   Requirements
Analysis:  Collaborate with
stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance) to gather, document and analyse business
processes and system requirements

b)   System Design
& Setup:  Lead the configuration
and deployment of core Zoho applications, including but not limited to Zoho
CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books/Finance, Zoho People, and Zoho Desk

c)   Customization:  Design, create and maintain custom
modules, fields, layouts and views to tailor the Zoho environment to the
company's specific needs

d)    User Management:  Configure user roles, profiles, sharing
rules and security settings to ensure data integrity and controlled access
across the organization

II              Workflow Automation and Development

a)   Process Automation:  Develop and implement advanced automation
features, including:

i)      Workflows (custom rules, actions, alerts, and field
updates)

ii)    Blueprints (for standardizing complex process flows)

iii)   Validation Rules (to maintain data quality)

b)   Deluge Scripting:  Write and maintain custom functions and
scripts using Deluge (Zoho's proprietary scripting language) to extend
application functionality and create complex business logic

c)  Integration:  Configure and manage integrations between
various Zoho applications using Zoho Flow and connect the Zoho ecosystem with
third -party tools (e.g., ERP systems,
marketing platforms) via APIs (RESTful services) and Webhooks

III           Data Management, Reporting, and Support

a)   Data Migration:  Lead
data preparation, cleansing and migration activities from legacy systems into
the Zoho platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

b)   Reporting & Analytics:  Design, build, and maintain actionable
dashboards, reports and custom Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Zoho
Analytics to provide deep business insights

c)   Training & Support:  Provide expert -level technical support,
troubleshooting and end -user training to drive system adoption and proficiency
across all departments

d)   Optimization:  Continuously
monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement and stay current
with the latest Zoho updates and features to ensure optimal utilization

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

a)    Experience:  3 -5 years of proven, hands -on experience in
implementing, configuring and maintaining the Zoho One suite and individual
core Zoho applications

b)    Technical
Proficiency (Must -Have):

i)      Expert -level knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator

ii)    Strong proficiency in Deluge Scripting

iii)   Experience with API Integrations and Webhooks

c)    Soft Skills:

i)      Exceptional analytical and problem -solving skills to
translate complex business needs into technical solutions

ii)    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for
effective stakeholder and end -user engagement

iii)   Strong project management and organizational abilities
to manage simultaneous implementation tasks

d)    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field

e)    Excellent verbal and written English communication
skills are a must

Preferred
Qualifications (Nice to Have)

a)    Zoho Certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Consultant,
Zoho Creator Certified Developer)

b)    Experience with other relevant tools like Zoho Flow,
Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books

c)     Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS,
JavaScript) for building custom pages or widgets

Location
& Additional Details

●        Work Timings:  24x7 environment.  Employees may be needed to work in night
shifts

●        Work Days:  5 days per week, with
consecutive/ staggered week offs, any 2 days of the week

●        Job Type:  Full -time, on -site

●        Location:  New Delhi, India

●        Mandatory:  Candidates must be based in
