Assess developmental milestones in children across motor, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication domains
Identify developmental delays and functional challenges
Plan and implement individualized development therapy programs

Familiarity with conditions such as ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, and learning difficulties
Ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans
Skills in play -based, sensory, and behavior -based therapy approaches
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
Patience, empathy, and child -centered attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Good observation, documentation, and reporting skills
Basic computer skills for maintaining therapy records
Understanding of ethical standards and child protection policies
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and professional development
Physical and emotional stamina to engage actively with children
