Mandatory:

* K8s storage integration (CSI) with at least one leading storage solution. E.g., PortWorx (preferred) / Ceph / NetApp etc.

* Kubernetes skills (K8s installation/upgrade, K8s operators, Helm charts, Observability, Metrics, Dashboarding etc.)

* Programming Skills in Python

* Ansible, Puppet

Nice to have:

* Experience with Kubespray for dynamic cluster creation / Edge Cloud / StarlingX platform

* Experience with VM Workloads in K8s (Kubevirt/KVM)

* Experience in Openstack, GPU

* K8s skills such as HA Controller Plane (Active -Active / Active -Standby), Log aggregation, Routes, Rolling upgrades etc.

* Experience with Linux software development, Golang, C/C++.

* Development experience with containers

Requirements

Others:

* Contribution to the open -source community would be an asset

* Strong analytical and debugging skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Exceptional team player who works well in collaborative environments

* Self -managed, fast learner with the desire and ability to master new technologies

* Familiarity with iterative and agile/scrum software development processes
