Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Consultant with strong project management and Agile delivery expertise to drive critical, business-priority initiatives across Merchant and Network Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) domains. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams, managing project execution, driving leadership initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of business-critical projects in a dynamic global technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead and drive high-priority DevOps and SRE initiatives, ensuring timely project execution and delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies to track progress and deliverables.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with engineering, SRE, operations, product, and global stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve blockers.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive leadership-sponsored initiatives, proactively manage risks, and escalate critical issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure effective execution of time-sensitive projects and adherence to committed timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Support operational excellence, service reliability, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive accountability, communication, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

  
  

Mandatory Skills

• 
  

  Strong Project Management and Project Execution experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing technical projects within DevOps / SRE environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.

  Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
