At Creole Studios,
client experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To help us build
functional systems that improve the client experience we are now looking for an
experienced DevOps Engineer with maximum 3 years of experience. They will be responsible
for deploying project updates, identifying issues, and implementing
integrations that meet our client’s needs. If you have a solid background in
software engineering and are familiar with React JS/Node JS/PHP/Mobile
technologies,

Objectives
of this Role

·        Building and
setting up new development tools and infrastructure

·        Understanding the
needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers

·        Working on ways to
automate and improve development and release processes

·        Ensuring that
systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

·        Identifying
technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’

·        Planning out
projects and being involved in project management decisions

·        Strong experience
with databases such as MySQL, Postgres, and/or Mongo

Requirements

Responsibilities

·        Deploy updates and
fixes

·        Provide technical
support

·        Build tools to
reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience

·        Develop software
to integrate with internal back -end systems

·        Perform root cause
analysis for production errors

·        Investigate and
resolve technical issues

·        Develop scripts to
automate visualization

·        Design procedures
for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Skills
and Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or a relevant field

·        Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software
engineering role

·        Proficient with git and git workflows

·        Good knowledge of React JS/Node JS/PHP/Mobile
technologies

·        Problem -solving attitude

·        Collaborative team spirit

·        Experience with software engineering, client
coordination and experience.

Nice -to -have:

• Design,
  implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
  
• Automate
  infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
  
• Monitor,
  troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and system reliability
  
• Manage cloud
  environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure cost optimization
  
• Implement
  security best practices in infrastructure and deployment workflows
  
• Collaborate with
  developers, QA, and product teams for seamless integration
  
• Maintain
  logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
