DevOps Engineer – Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and optimize our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  
• Manage and monitor cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Configure and manage source code repositories and branching strategies.
  
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
  
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve release processes.
  
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages.
  
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of applications.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
  
• Hands -on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  
• Strong Linux administration skills.
  
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk.
  
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
  
• Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
  
• Experience with Git version control.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• DevOps/Cloud certifications.
  
• Experience with microservices architecture.
  
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
