Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires managing continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software releases. The engineer actively works on integrating cloud technologies and container orchestration platforms, while maintaining a strong focus on security to protect systems from potential threats. Collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that development environments are robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in continuous integration and deployment to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate tasks and workflows.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments.
- Ability to design and maintain scalable and reliable continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
