 Job Description: Infrastructure Specialist – Azure DevOps

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist / DevOps Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and managing containerized environments. The role requires hands-on experience in Terraform, GitOps, Python scripting, and network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage Kubernetes platforms and containerized applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Implement GitOps workflows for infrastructure and application deployment automation.
- Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
- Develop Python scripts to automate infrastructure operations and routine DevOps activities.
- Manage networking components, including DNS, load balancing, ingress, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and network security.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure system availability.
- Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps platform engineering.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform.
- Experience managing Kubernetes platforms and containerization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and GitOps practices.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
- Strong understanding of DNS, load balancing, ingress, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and network security.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and platform monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
