About this Role

As a DevOps Engineer, your daily duties will include building, maintaining and supporting development/QA/production environments, web application infrastructures, and Data warehouse & Data pipeline infrastructures. You’ll be working closely with a team of full stack and data engineers deploy, process, maintain and support Predii’s products and pipelines.

You will participate in on-call rotations and schedules, as well as assist in ensuring regulatory compliance at the network level. At Predii, we use Azure for cloud hosting. We use Kubernetes and Dockers heavily.

As a member of the engineering team at Predii, you will be working with cross-functional teams, customers and open source communities. You will have the opportunity to take part in building new industry-changing services in our portfolio

and participate in state-of-the-art research in AI and ML

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Location: Pune

Role : DevOps Engineer (Azure-Must)

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Data Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineering role (or similar); experience in software deployment and infrastructure development is a  plus

• Experience with Linux-based systems and cloud infrastructures, such as Azure

• Experience with Bash & Python Scripting

• Experience in managing Linux Servers

• Experience with building and deploying java and angular enterprise applications in the cloud or on-premise

• Experience with building infrastructure and automation using Kubernetes, Dockers, Puppet

• Hands-on experience in implementing cloud services, such as AWS, Azure and Sophos, including VPN, Active Directory, data storage, elastic computing, endpoint and server protection, monitoring, etc…

• Manage data stores like Mongo, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ

• Support security policies and compliance initiatives at the server infrastructure level

• Proficiency with Gi
