## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm India Private Limited\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Group, Engineering Group \u003e Hardware Engineering\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\n * Knowledge on DFT concepts, pattern simulation, Silicon debug and yield enhancement\n * Knowledge on/ hands-on experience in ATPG - coverage analysis.\n * Knowledge of Memory verification, repair and failure root-cause analysis.\n * Knowledge on any of these tools is required\n\n\n\no ATPG - TestKompress\n\no MBIST - Mentor ETVerify\n\no Simulation - VCS (preferred), modelsim.\n\n * Scripting languages such as Perl, shell, etc. is an added advantage\n * Ability to work in an international team, dynamic environment with good communication skills\n * Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies.\n * Ability to do multi-tasking \u0026 work on several high priority designs in parallel\n * 1-3 yrs experience in DFT/ATPG/BIST\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.\n\n1-3 yrs experience in DFT/ATPG/BIST\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
