Job Description – DGM - Finance & Accounts

Qualification

CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience

8–10 years

·         Manage timely closure and
finalization of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for
group companies.

·         Prepare and provide financials of
subsidiaries/group companies for consolidation by the parent
company.

·         Review accounting policies, audit
reports, related party transactions, and financial statements.

·         Ensure compliance with IND
AS, including review of IND AS adjustment entries.

·         Oversee direct and indirect
taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and TCS.

·         Ensure compliance with MCA,
ROC, PF, and other statutory requirements.

·         Coordinate with statutory/internal
auditors and tax consultants.

·         Manage banking relationships, working
capital facilities, LC requirements, and surplus fund allocation.

·         Monitor cash flow and ensure
effective working capital and treasury management.

Required
Skills

·         Strong knowledge of IND AS,
financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

·         Good understanding of consolidation
and group accounting.

·         Strong banking, treasury, and
working capital management experience.

·         Excellent analytical, communication,
and stakeholder management skills.
