Job Description - DGM - HRIT

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

•Solid Line Reporting to: Head HRIT, GEEC & Administration

QUALIFICATION:

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. •Techno Functional expertise in the latest HR cloud solutions like Oracle HCM Cloud

EXPERIENCE:

•Proven experience in managing Oracle Fusion HRMS and LMS systems in a large-scale, global organization, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry •Managed HCM product portfolio for diversified businesses as single platform •Extensive knowledge of HR technology solutions, systems integration, and automation tools with a focus on driving efficiency and improving user experience •Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of leading high-performing HR technology teams •Experience in managing vendor relations including administration of contracts and SLA administration •Troubleshoots, diagnose problems, implements corrective action procedure and/or escalate to other Management as appropriate •Deep understanding of global HR operations, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards with the ability to translate business needs into HR technology solutions •Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach to driving change and innovation.

Oracle Fusion HRMS Management:

•Oversee, implement, and manage the Oracle Fusion HRMS system to ensure seamless integration and utilization across the organization. •Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion HRMS to meet the company's global HR requirements. •Act as the primary contact point for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement of the Oracle Fusion HRMS system. •Engage with Oracle product teams to ensure required support in exploiting full potential of rolled out modules. •Ensure smooth management of functional and technical upgrades with introduction of new functionalities and features available in system •Certify the module training content for its completion and effectiveness to meet learning needs of different segment of users •Facilitate roll out of best practices-based Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Sumtotal LMS including AI?ML features •

SumTotal Management:

•Manage the SumTotal platform to enable effective learning and development strategy, performance management, and talent acquisition. •Oversee the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the SumTotal system to meet global HR needs. •Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the utilization of SumTotal for training, talent management, and performance appraisal.

Team Management:

•Lead and mentor a team of HR technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and effective team collaboration. •Monitor and manage the team's workload, priorities, and deliverables related to HR technology initiatives and projects. •Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development within the HR technology team.

System Integrations:

•Design and oversee the integration of HR technology systems, including Oracle Fusion HRMS and SumTotal, with other relevant internal and external systems. •Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations, data accuracy, and adherence to global data protection regulations. •Provide expertise in integrating HR technology systems with other business-critical applications across the organization.

HR process excellence:

•Design, implement and continuously improve HR processes to consistently deliver a superior and personalized employee experience •Responsible to establish effective metrics and efficient delivery of HR operations across the employee life cycle, post onboarding •Identify process / sub-process automation opportunities

Automation Projects:

•Lead the identification, implementation, and management of automation projects within the HR technology domain, including process automation, workflow optimization, and data analytics. •Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to streamline HR processes, enhance user experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. •Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities that support the company's strategic HR objectives. •Evaluate new products and add-ons to the exiting modules for embedding new capabilities including AI/ML features to add to system driven insights
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: •Collaborate with HR leadership, business partners, and other key stakeholders to understand HR technology needs and align solutions with strategic objectives. •Build strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure effective support and collaboration in the delivery of HR technology solutions. •Communicate project updates, timelines, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the organization.
