✡‎‎ *POSITION: -‎ DGM – Rotary Kiln Operations*
✡ *‎‎ LOCATION: - KERUR, KARNATAKA*
✡‎‎ *SALARY: -‎‎ Upto‎ 90‎‎ K‎‎ +‎ Bonus*
✡ *EDUCATION: - ANY Graduate*
✡ INDUSTRY: Cement Industry preferred. The role involves leading kiln operations, optimizing performance, ensuring clinker quality, and driving energy efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities*
· Manage and optimize rotary kiln operations for stable and efficient clinker production
· Monitor kiln parameters, heat consumption, and output to achieve performance targets
· Troubleshoot process issues such as coating, ring formation, and refractory failures
*Key Skills & Competencies*
· Proven experience in pyro-processing and kiln optimization
· Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting kiln process issues
· Experience with large dry-process preheater/precalciner kilns
