Job Description: Test Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in test analysis and execution, particularly within complex technical environments. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in interpreting and executing tests based on detailed requirements, with a strong background in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. Familiarity with web and mobile testing techniques, along with experience using Jira and Xray test extension, is essential. This role requires the ability to conduct both user journey and functional testing, prioritizing scenarios based on risk, and contributing to the development of comprehensive Test Plans and Test Analysis and Execution: Read and extrapolate tests from complex requirements, design test scenarios, execute tests, and manage defects using Jira and the Xray test extension.

- Platform Expertise: Utilize expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to conduct thorough testing of platform functionalities and integrations.

- Web and Mobile Testing: Apply knowledge of testing techniques specific to web and mobile environments to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Risk-Based Testing: Prioritize testing efforts based on risk assessment, focusing on critical scenarios to ensure effective risk mitigation.

- Test Planning and Documentation: Contribute to the creation of detailed Test Plans and Schedules, defining test data requirements and environmental needs for each test phase.

- Defect Management: Efficiently identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and reporting of issues.

- Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate records of test execution progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders on testing status and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Test Analyst or similar role in software testing.

- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.

- Strong understanding of web and mobile testing methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Jira and Xray test extension for test case management and defect tracking.

- Ability to analyze complex requirements and derive test scenarios.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
