Diagnostic Software Support Engineer

Hiring: Diagnostic Technician Location: Chennai

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to independently diagnose and resolve standard to moderately complex vehicle faults using premium OEM diagnostic tools.

Key Skills:

• DTC analysis & fault finding
• ECU programming, coding & adaptations
• CAN Bus troubleshooting
• OEM tools: XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, PIWIS, Bosch KTS
• Diagnostic documentation & repair validation

Experience: 4–8 years (minimum 4 years with premium OEM diagnostic tools)

Work Model & Benefits

• Hybrid model: 4 days office + 1 day WFH
• First 3 months mandatory work from office for training
• One-way cab facility provided by Ford (pick-up or drop)
