Job Description - Dialysis Incharge

Supervise all dialysis procedures and ensure safe effective patient care
Ensure adherence to nephrologist instructions and treatment protocol
Handle emergency situations during dialysis
Ensure adequate availability of consumables, medicines and dialysis supplies.
Maintain patient scheduling and workflow efficiency
Conduct orientation and on the job training for new staff

Requirements

GNM/Bsc Nursing with Dialysis Experience

Total 8Years of Experience

Experience in a lead role is mandatory

Immediate Joiners Preferred
