Role : Project Manager
- 10 years of work experience.
Duration of Contract : 12 Months.
Mode : Remote work.
- Candidate should be to comfortable to travel to Qatar location as and when required.
Preference : Experience from Retail Industry.
Role Definition :
Project Management :
- Responsible for development, support, maintenance, and implementation of a large complex project/ multiple medium-sized projects through a team, utilizing team leads.
- Responsible for complete end to end project management for the assigned project(s), which includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, and tracking utilization for the team.
- Drives the application of principles, theories, and concepts and determines the best course of action.
- Establishes functional procedure, policy advice others and manages divergent interests and perspectives.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, tools, and information for project scope & schedule.
- Ensure all project issues are resolved promptly to avoid negative impact to the budget or SLA.
- Review codes, take presales calls & make tactical decisions that will have an impact on the project.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, actions, scope, CR, budget, defects & customer feedback.
- Maintain project metrics for steering committee & business meetings.
- Assist presales in delivering quality solutions for clients in response to varying business requirements.
- Guide the team on implementation methodologies and internal project processes.
- Impart sessions on the latest version releases for products/ERP like product roadmap, features & applications.
Customer Management :
- Build and manage partner/vendor relationships and gauge new opportunities.
- Exceedingly achieve customer satisfaction (C-SAT) on all delivery parameters.
- Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflicts, and participation in important negotiations with key customers.
People Management & Development :
