Job Description - Digital Ads Manager (YouTube Ads Focus)

Summary:

We are seeking a results -driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a primary focus on YouTube Ads to lead and execute high -impact digital campaigns. This role is critical in driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and measurable ROI through data -informed strategies across search, display, social, video, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in YouTube advertising, performance analytics, and cross -channel optimization to deliver scalable growth. You will also play a key leadership role in mentoring team members and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute data -driven digital marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business goals
Manage end -to -end performance campaigns across Search, Display, Social, Video, and Programmatic platforms
Lead media buying, ad placement, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize campaign efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and implement optimization tactics to improve ROI
Mentor and guide team members to foster professional development and high performance
Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with external agencies for seamless campaign execution

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven hands -on experience with YouTube Ads, including performance metrics such as Views, Subscribers, Reach, Engagement, and Shorts
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, and Retargeting
Proficient in Google Analytics, campaign reporting, and continuous optimization practices
Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign scalability
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu
