Responsibilities:

• Adobe AEM Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Adobe AEM environments. Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Enterprise Search: Manage and support enterprise search solutions like Solr, Elastic Search, ensuring efficient indexing, search performance, and relevance tuning.
• Configuration Management: Implement and maintain configuration management processes and tools to ensure consistency and reliability across environments.
• Webservers and CDN: Administer webservers and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to ensure high availability, performance, and security of web applications.
• Cloud Integrations: Design, implement, and manage cloud integrations, leveraging platforms such as AWS or Azure. Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between systems.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis. Provide timely resolution to application and infrastructure problems.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications. Provide support during development and production phases.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Adobe AEM environments on-premises or on cloud.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise search technologies and best practices.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef.
• Proficiency in managing webservers like Apache and CDNs like Akamai/Azure CDN.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Adobe AEM, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
