Digital Asset Handler

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize digital assets (images, videos, graphics, documents, etc.) across various platforms and storage systems

- Implement and maintain version control practices to track updates and changes to digital files

- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and tech teams to ensure assets are properly tagged, named, and archived

- Ensure brand consistency by reviewing and approving asset usage across projects

-Perform regular audits of digital libraries to remove duplicates, outdated versions, or redundant content

- Maintain file structure and naming conventions to ensure easy retrieval and sharing of assets

- Support graphic design tasks as needed, including resizing, editing, or creating assets

- Handle requests for asset access and ensure proper rights management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Science or Commerce

- 1–4 years of experience in digital asset management or related role

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

- Experience working with cloud storage systems, DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms, or shared drives

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with file formats, metadata tagging, and asset categorization

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

- Understanding of version control and content lifecycle management
